Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered through JobJugad (https://jobjugad.com), including job application services, assessment tests, training programs, subscription plans, and related digital services (“Services”).
  • By purchasing or enrolling in any service on the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
  • 1. Full Refund Eligibility:
    Users may request a full refund within the eligible refund window based on the service duration purchased, provided that no assessment test has been attempted and no training material or premium feature has been accessed.
    • 1-Day Service Plan: Refund request must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.
    • 3-Day Service Plan: Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase.
    • 15-Day Service Plan: Refund request must be submitted within 4 days from the date of purchase.
    • Other Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase or enrollment.
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@jobjugad.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
  • 2. Partial Refund Eligibility:
    Cancellation requests made between 8 to 14 days from the purchase date may be eligible for a 50% partial refund, subject to service usage review by JobJugad.
  • 3. No Refund Policy:
    Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
    • Requests made after 14 days from purchase/enrollment.
    • Assessment tests have been attempted or completed.
    • Training materials, mock tests, or premium resources have been accessed.
    • Failure to secure a job or interview opportunity.
    • Non-usage of purchased services.
    • Violation of platform Terms & Conditions.
  • 4. Eligibility Criteria:
    To request a refund, users must:
    • Provide valid proof of payment.
    • Submit request using registered email ID.
    • Provide a valid reason for cancellation.
    Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
  • 5. Access Termination After Refund:
    Upon successful refund processing:
    • Access to assessments, training modules, dashboards, and premium features will be permanently revoked.
    • User account privileges related to the refunded service will be removed.
  • 6. Processing Timeline:
    Refund approvals are subject to verification and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in the original payment source, depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • 7. Platform Rights:
    JobJugad reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially approve refund requests after reviewing service usage, misuse, or policy violations.
  • 8. Policy Updates:
    We may modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the Platform and become effective immediately upon posting.
